BACKGROUND
To support the main contractor’s project team on managing Change Account.
BRIEF
To develop the key change items on the project and produce and submit change quotations in accordance with the contract and all project notices and forms. Lead negotiations with Network Rail and escalate any outstanding items to project Senior Leadership team.
RESULTS
Submission of all key change quotations – productive engagement with Network Rail commercial functions and Morgan Sindall project team. Full agreement on key change items and engagement with Senior Leadership on escalated items.
