BACKGROUND
As part of the 100 day handover plan, Costain were required to have in place a reporting system for the project to summarise programme, progress and commercial information in a suitable summary format
BRIEF
The brief is for Collins Project Delivery Limited (Collins) to produce a bespoke reporting system that integrates with the existing Primavera P6 project programme summarising approximately 36,000 activities in to simple, informative graphical and tabulated dashboard reports to give clarity on project status and progress. Additional modules were to be added over time to provide commercial updates linked to time related data from the project programme.
RESULT
Successful build and implementation of a monthly reporting system fully tailored to the project and requirements of both senior management and site management to provide useful information for all areas of the project team.
