BACKGROUND
Advance JV are the Main Contractor responsible for the construction and commissioning of the Williamsgate Water Treatment Works in Cumbria. The project encountered some significant challenges and required additional planning support.
BRIEF
The brief is for Collins Project Delivery Limited (Collins) to review, update and maintain the Clause 32 programme as well as producing and maintaining a more ambitious target programme whilst also providing data for project reports and producing a simple but informative project dashboard for quick identification of issues. As well as the project programme support there were significant sub-contractor claims submitted to the Client. Collins were asked to carry out analysis of those delays and provide support in producing responses to those claims.
