BACKGROUND
Defending an extension of time submission on behalf of a private client for Alterations and extension of South Pickenham Hall, against a major contractor. The work involved compiling a detailed as built programme and evaluating this against the original baseline programme based on accurate Clerk of works data.
BRIEF
Appointed by Client to carry out a detailed assessment of Major Contractors entitlement to an extension of time in relation to South Pickenham Hall.
RESULTS
The results enabled us to prove that the delay was of the contractors own making due to labour resourcing issues and not client variations.
