The brief is for Collins Project Delivery Limited (Collins) to independently review the potential entitlement, prior to the Stamford Slews. Which would have been due to Morgan Sindall, for delays to the milestone driving this event. Had Morgan Sindall not implemented extensive mitigation measures throughout this phase of the project, the impact to the programme completion Milestone would be greater than recorded.
