BACKGROUND
Funded by the University of Cambridge, with the ambition of improving education within primary education, the project consisted of a new district to the outskirts of Cambridge. This contract was to deliver the Site Wide Infrastructure works including Utilities, Drainage as well as both Hard and Soft Landscaping within the public domain.
BRIEF
To lead full planning functions on the project to ensure NEC3 compliance, site communications [of programme related information] and to facilitate the coordination of other principal contractors on site and negotiate the release and handover of the PC boundaries that allowed time sensitive work to progress.
