BACKGROUND
Boston Road Site, 16 Boston Road, London, W7 3TR. The construction of two blocks of residential accommodation comprising of a three storey building containing 4 self contained flats fronting Boston Road and a three storey building to the rear fronting Wilmot Place containing four houses including associated car parking, cycle storage and refuse.
BRIEF
Develop original planning approval, which invloved completing the design ready for construction, clearing all pre-commencement conditions. Arrange for the demolition of the existing garage and obtain tenders for Building contracts and Adminiter the Building Contract through to completion.
RESULTS
Pre-commencement conditions cleared, demolition carried out, construction commenced on site
