BACKGROUND
This project is to upgrade the busy A46 in Coventry, which includes building a 4 lane flyover and 4 lots of three lane slip roads over the top of an existing roundabout.
BRIEF
This main responsibility of the role is to manage the rapidly changing Subcontract accounts. This tends to involve leading negotiations, assessing compensation events, and measuring works completed.
All commercial matters must be completed in strict accordance with the Contract and all project notices and forms must be issued in a timely manner.
In additon to the above, we provide commercial support and advice to the wider Client team in all matters as required.
